Store Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (We close for a late break between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.)
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

At ComputerDoctor, we provide tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers, whether for home users or businesses. Our services include repairs, maintenance, and customized IT solutions designed to fit your budget and timeline.

Terms and Conditions

  • Non-Refundable Service Charges:

All service fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits:

Deposits are applied to repair costs but are not refundable.

  • Service Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day guarantee on our services. If a related issue occurs within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost. Unrelated issues will incur a new service charge.

  • Turnaround Time:

Most services are completed within 2-4 business days (2 days for diagnostics, 2 days for repairs).

  • Repair Warranty:

We guarantee the computers we sell for one year against manufacturer defects. Specialized services (e.g., data recovery, motherboard repairs) may be outsourced with additional charges for in-home or on-site services.

  • Data Protection Disclaimer:

While we strive to safeguard your data, ComputerDoctor is not responsible for any incidental data loss.

 

Service Rates

  • In-Store:
    • Windows computers: $80/hour
    • Apple, gaming, non-brand computers: $100/hour
    • Servers and networks: $250/hour
  • On-Site:
    • Windows computers: $200/hour
    • Apple, gaming, servers, non-brand computers: $300/hour
    • Outside business hours, weekends, holidays: $500/hour

 

Return Policy

  • General Returns:

Products may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or invoice.

  • Computers, Monitors, Printers, and Parts:

These items can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All original packaging, manuals, and CDs must be included.

  • Missing Promotional Items:

If a returned product is missing any promotional items, their value will be deducted from the refund.

 

Recycling and Storage Fees

  • Recycling: We offer recycling services at $20 per item.
  • Storage: A $20/month fee applies for equipment not picked up after repairs are completed.

 

Order Cancellation Charge

If an order is canceled after products have been ordered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 10% cancellation fee.

 

Payment Policy

  • No Checks Accepted:

We do not accept payments by check.

 

Maintenance Contracts

Our maintenance contracts are non-refundable and non-transferable. Coverage details can be found on our website under the “Plans” section.

 

Warranties and Rebates

ComputerDoctor does not warrant third-party products sold online or in-store. These items are covered only by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Please consult the product’s documentation for warranty details.

 

Confidential Technical Know-How

“Confidential Technical Know-How” refers to proprietary ComputerDoctor knowledge, including product and service specifications, strategies, and trade secrets. We will not share this information with any third party.
