Terms and ConditionsWarranties and Rebates Limited Warranties ComputerDoctor does not warrant other manufacturers' products sold online or in our store. The products are backed by the limited warranty of the original manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information. Downloaded software is subject to the EULA (End-User License Agreement) and may not come with manuals or disks. We recommend you review the software publisher's policy about manuals and disks prior to your purchase of the software. Payment by check We require a valid Florida Driver License with every check. Return Policy Your original receipt or invoice is required. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us and you return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 21 days from the original invoice date, you may exchange the product or receive a refund, except as explained below. Computers, monitors, printers, and computer parts may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if opened (unless defective). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. Opened software, games, and videos may only be exchanged for the same title. All items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Purchases made by cash or check over $250 will be refunded by company check. Service charges are non-refundable Customer data / information / media Please delete or remove any personal data or media (videotapes, memory cards) from your product before you return it. ComputerDoctor is not responsible for any personal data or items left behind. Miscellaneous Clearance Products are sold AS IS, unless we specifically tell you in writing that a product comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty. CDs and manuals may not be included, but you may be able to order them from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to not sell to re-sellers. Recycling Customer is responsible for recycling their own defective products. However, ComputerDoctor will recycle products for a fee of $10 per part recycled. Disclaimer of Warranty, Title to Goods COMPUTERDOCTOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer's warranty or ComputerDoctor’s warranty. The title to purchased goods is retained by ComputerDoctor until goods are paid for by the purchaser. Deposit If a customer’s computer requires a part that is not standard in ComputerDoctor’s inventory, customer will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of the part before part is ordered. Order Cancellation Charge If for any reason customer decides not to purchase goods that have been ordered, customer will be solely responsible for shipping costs to and from manufacturer, in addition to a cancellation charge of 5% of the total order value.
